Pheasant Lake Ad:
Dickey County seeks to fill a summer position from April 15-October 15. Individual will be responsible for mowing and maintaining county property at Pheasant Lake. Must have a class D Driver’s License. Duties will include regular mowing of approximately 5 acres, a map of area to be mowed is available. Other duties include maintaining mower, maintaining three public docks, maintaining beach area, clean and maintain bathrooms, picking up branches/debris, empty garbage receptacles. A county vehicle, lawnmower, and tandem trailer will be provided for use of these duties. A complete list of all duties is located in the Auditor’s office.
This position is either a paid per hour position of $17.35 or a bid can be submitted for review. Bidders Information: Each bid envelope shall contain only one bid proposal and shall be marked with the words Pheasant Lake Mowing/Maintenance. Bids or applications are to be received by May 6th, 2024 by 4:00 p.m. Bids will be opened and applications will be reviewed at the commissioner meeting May 7, 2024 at 10:45 am at the Dickey County Commissioner Room, 309 2nd St N Ellendale, ND. The Commission Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
